Reservation and cancellation policy season 2021/2022

Reservations

To confirm a reservation you must receive a reservation number and a bank account to which 50% of the amount is transferred as a deposit within 7 working days.

Cancellations

  • In case of cancellation up to 14 – 7 days before arrival – 50% of the reservation sum.– For the period 24.12-01.01.2021 – cancelations are accepted without penalty until 01.12.2021г:– In case of early release -the entire package must be paid;
  • All cancelations due to Covid restrictions will be refunded until 31.03.2022.
  • In case of change of reservations with early bookings – Discounts are canceled;
  • In case of change of bookings with EB – the discount will be eliminated;
